The Typhoon Multisport SK adds to the popular Multisport range from Typhoon. The Multisport SK is designed as a high-end sea kayaking dry suit. Built with lots of freedom of movement and with a tough material, this is a suit that you won’t have to worry about whenever it’s in use.
The Multisport SK boasts a hinge entry system with a flexible plastic zip. This means that you put the suit on via a zip that runs around your waist. Having a system like this makes the suit really easy to get into and out of. The positioning of the flexible plastic zip means that you won’t notice that it’s there when the suit is in use.
The Multisport SK has latex wrist seals with a Glideskin neoprene neck seal. Glideskin neoprene is not as waterproof as latex when in constant use and contact with the water but it is a lot more comfortable than latex. Having Glideskin on the neck means that you will be comfortable for however long you need to wear the suit for but will still stay nice and dry.
A tough TX4 fabric with fully waterproof fabric socks means that the Multisport SK helps to protect you from the elements for the whole life of the suit. To further help with this there is an easily accessible high-vis storm hood that can be folded away when not in use. A high neck collar has plenty adjustment allowing you to secure it down and keep you warm but also having the ability to be open on those warmer days.
An articulated cut, internal braces and Velcro adjustment points make the Multisport SK really easy to adjust and able to fit a wide range people.
Cordura® reinforcement on the seat and knee pads make for a hard-wearing protective layer over the waterproof material. This prevents the waterproof material from wearing out in high wear areas which prolongs the life of the suit.
