The Triumph 13 hull is designed for touring and will paddle absolutely fine without a rudder but some paddlers opt for a rudder system for effortless steering and control on the water especially if paddling in breezy conditions.
The XCT Rudder kit is an over-stern rudder system supplied with tip-toe control footrests required to operate the rudder. This kit contains fitting instructions and all the necessary fittings.
