The North Water Sea Tec Bungee Leash is a strong elastic leash for keeping your paddle safe. It has a velcro attatchment on one end for the shaft and a strong plastic seadog clip on the other for quick snap on / snap off connection to a deckline or 'D' Ring. The North Water SeaTec is ideal for Sit on Tops, fishing kayaks and Sea Kayaks.
