The Feelfree Nomad Sport is a great all rounder, designed to be very stable and with a V profiled bow it has great straight line tracking and the flattened sports profile in the central area means it is easy to manoeuvre too. This makes it an ideal choice for  beginners and it also has the performance more experienced kayakers will appreciate.

Whether you are planning to be paddling on lochs, lakes, canals, gentle flowing rivers, sheltered coastal areas or even playing on small surf the Nomad is a great choice. Feelfree Flush mounted rod holders (supplied as a pair) can be fitted by anyone with basic DIY skills, these are perfect for trolling for mackerel or for transporting your rods to a local fishing mark.

Optional accessories include a choice of padded seats, thigh straps for additional control in the surf, a removable skeg and scupper bungs.

On board you will find a conveniently located rubber hatch, being just in front of the seating position it is easily accessible while on the water. Inside this is a generously proportioned mesh bag for storing snacks and other items. This can also be lifted out so you can slip more kit inside the hull in a dry bag if you wish.

At the rear of the boat is a cargo area (tankwell) laced across with bungees, this makes for a good place to carry a small trolley or extra kit stored inside a dry bag and clipped to the bungees for added security.

There are two moulded in grab handles, one each side which are very handy. If you grab one handle roughly in the centre the kayak can be picked up rather like a large hand bag, this useful for carrying short distances. If you like snorkelling you could slip off the kayak and keep one hand on a handle while you fin your way along taking in the underwater view. With an adult paddling the handles are very easy for children to grab so it makes a great swimming base to help them to develop confidence in the water. There is also a front handle and a slightly hidden one at the rear making it very easy for two people to carry down to the water.

Wheel in the keel: We offer the Nomad Sport with or without the wheel in the keel. The wheel is ideal for moving the Nomad on firm surfaces such as slip-ways, river banks, firm sand and car parks. We advise using an optional trolley for transport over soft surfaces or longer distances. You can buy the without wheel version here.

Deluxe Package
This comes with a Feelfree Deluxe Seat and a Feelfree Day Tourer Fibreglass Shaft Paddle. The Deluxe Seat wraps around the paddlers hips providing great back support and connection to the kayak, with good cushioning for all-day comfort. The fibreglass shaft paddle offers a nice lightweight option that is warm to the touch - a great option for all-day paddling.

Standard Package
This comes with a Canvas Seat and a Feelfree Day Tourer Alloy Shaft Paddle. The Canvas Seat is a low-style backrest for good lower back comfort. The alloy shaft paddle is a little heavier than the deluxe fibreglass paddles and will be colder to the touch in colder sessions, but overall a good quality paddle.
